Return Policy

Ticklegrass Tees has a 2-day return policy on any non-custom order items due to defect and will work with you to either replace or refund assuming:

* Item is in its original state (un- washed and un-worn)
* Returned in its original packaging (return postage not covered by seller, seller will assume new postage for replacement only)

Please review your purchased items upon arrival and if a return is needed due to defect, contact us via the Get In Touch Tab at the top of the site or on this section.

Custom Orders are not eligible for refund or return. We will work with you during the customization process to ensure your design, style, print and apparel are all correct before submitting a invoice for payment. Each custom order customer will be sent a proof email before any items are made and before paying assuming all is correct (sizing, style, spelling etc.). Ticklegrass Tees assumes no responsibility for files sent to print that are defective, spelled incorrectly or disproportioned.

However we understand things happen and if an item from your order has a defect or flaw please contact us to make it right.

Copyright and Commercial Trade Policy

Ticklegrass Tees respects and follows all copyright policies and laws. This includes but is not limited to trademarks, restricted phrases, fonts, graphics and brands. Will will not create custom orders or sell prints that have copyrighted material unless commercial license is obtained and is on file or express permission is gained by legal holder. Limited runs of site offered prints is in place to uphold commercial use and copyright policies at the sole discretion of the graphic designer or business who created such art for our use. Where required the designer will be mentioned by name on sale posting where legally obligated to do so.

Please do not submit a file for a custom shirt that will violate these policies. This would include photography by professional photographers without consent, or business brands without right of use statement. We love Disney , Nike and all those brands too but we are not willing to break the law to print a shirt with unapproved content, we hope you understand, these rules are to protect us both.
