How fast will I get my order?

Ticklegrass Tees will assume a 2 working day handling time for any items purchased as ready to wear from the SHOP section of our site. Custom orders will have a longer handling time to consider, please refer to Store Policy Page for more details. All regular on site sales will ship via USPS mail or have the option for pickup when arranged.

Can I choose to pick up my order instead of shipping it?

We are small town and enjoy seeing our local customers. If you live local and want to pick up your order instead of it being shipped please choose pick up for the shipping option and arrange pick up times via email. In this case the may exceed the 2-day expected based on pick up times available.

Do you offer a bulk discount for custom orders?

Custom orders are variable depending on order quantity, complexity, and chosen apparel. We will work to offer the best pricing we can for all customers on a custom sale.
